For the purpose of this document, the term Kiss Australia will be used to cover all sales and distribution of associated products found on this website by Kiss Australia. The use of this site is governed by the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE set forth below. Your use of this site or purchase from Kiss Australia indicates your acceptance of the terms and conditions. Kiss Australia reserves the right to make changes to this website and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Kiss Australia is the service provider; it is also referred to as "us" and "we". Placing an Order
All orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Kiss Australia. Additions cannot be made to online orders once they have been confirmed.
Online Pricing
All prices listed on the website are for internet orders only. The website operates a separate business unit, with its own costs and pricing structure. For this reason, stock on our website is offered at different prices to that in the stores.
Therefore:
- Prices advertised on the website may not be the prices available in retail stores
- Prices available in retail stores will not be matched by the website
Price Validation
Kiss Australia may vary prices for received orders in the event if price changes or mistakes made by suppliers. This will be confirmed with the customer before order processing. In the case of price increase, you may cancel the order by giving notice to Kiss Australia, which must be received within 7 days of the price increase notification.
Stock Availability
If a product is not listed on the website, then it is not available for sale within our online orders.
Order Cancellation
Any attempt to cancel an order must be made within 24 hours (except in the event of cancellation due to price increases- see Price Variation).
Cancellations attempted after the order has been dispatched will result in the customer having to pay the shipping and handling charges on the package and the cost of shipping the package back. Cancellations may be communicated by telephone, email or Fax. The order number pertaining to the cancelled order must be provided for the cancellation to be accepted.

Payment Variations
If an order is modified or cancelled, where possible Kiss Australia will return any over payment.
