Track your order
For most orders you'll receive an email with an Australia Post tracking number and a link to the Australia Post website to track your order.
You can also track your order through our website with your order number or tracking number that is provided in the email.
Orders that need to be shipped via courier (flammable products) will not always have a tracking number. If a tracking number is available, we'll send it to you via email.

Free Shipping for orders over $50
$8.95 shipping fee for orders under $50
Average delivery times (exclude order processing time)
- SA and WA: up to 10 working days
- TAS: up to 7 working days
- Rest of Australia: up to 5 working day
Orders will be delivered by Australia Post and/or the freight company of our choice. In the case of items classified as Dangerous Goods (class 2 or 3), items will be shipped by approved carriers and must be delivered to either a residential or business street address and a signature will be required upon wholesale promotional products delivery. Orders received for Dangerous Goods requesting a PO Box delivery address will not be accepted.
For deliveries to unattended address a note will be left indicating pickup details at a nearby Post Office.
Goods arranged for pickup at a Post Office may require proof of identity.
At this stage, we no longer offer international shipping.
At this stage, we do not have the facility to offer pick up from our warehouse/head office.
Kiss Australia will make every effort to deliver on time.
Delivery times are within business hours. Delivery times exclude Merchant's order processing time. The delivery time estimates do not include Merchant handling time (e.g., to authorise an order and process it through the warehouse).
Delivery times are independent of the weight or dimensions of a parcel
In rural and regional areas of Australia, delivery to final destinations may take longer. If in doubt please check with your local Post Office.
